Policy

Physical Products

We accept returns and refunds for physical products within 8 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition as when delivered

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pepin.studio within the 8-day period.

Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available for digital content once the download has been initiated or access has been granted. Please ensure you have reviewed the product description and requirements before purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error in your order.

Cancellation Fees

No cancellation fees are charged. However, shipping costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility as stated above.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
